Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 (bonus eligible)

What you will do

• Define and prioritize a portfolio of high-impact experiments aligned with business goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into testable hypotheses.
• Design end-to-end experiments including success metrics, structure, and measurement approaches.
• Create and maintain a structured repository of experiment results and actionable insights.
• Synthesize findings across tests to identify broader patterns and growth opportunities.
• Establish and promote best practices for experiment design, execution, and analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in experimentation, product analytics, or a quantitative field.
• Strong foundation in statistics, hypothesis testing, and causal inference.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms like Amplitude.
• Expertise in SQL and Python or R.
• Experience with data tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau, or Looker.
• Ability to work on-site in New York at least 3 days per week.
