What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for product features and functionality from setup to delivery.
• Utilize scoping methods to determine appropriate solutions, sizing, and dependencies for new client requests.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and development resources to ensure suggested solutions are technically feasible.
• Align client requirements and implementation objectives with Business Analysts.
• Identify structural or design risks and ensure mitigation plans are documented and managed.
• Monitor Q2 release notes to provide tailored updates and recommendations based on the client's environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Domain knowledge of financial institution operations, particularly money movement and supporting technologies.
• Familiarity with enterprise software deployment architecture and methodologies.
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
