What you will do

• Assess feasibility including permitting, venues, and costs; support budget creation.
• Plan pre-production: layouts, vendors, logistics.
• Manage vendors for technical, infrastructure, F&B, security needs.
• Coordinate with venues, authorities, and internal teams.
• Oversee onsite load-in, show execution, load-out, and real-time troubleshooting.
• Track timelines, tasks, run-of-show, and operational risks.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years producing live, experiential, or large-scale events
• Proven multi-stakeholder production management.
• Strong event logistics, technical production, permitting knowledge.
• End-to-end budget and vendor management experience.
• Excellent organizational, project management, communication, negotiation skills.
• Onsite leadership under pressure; safety and risk management knowledge.
• Pre-production experience (site visits, permitting, setup).
• Willingness to travel onsite for events, including weekends
