What you will do

• Develop and execute the annual events calendar, including corporate parties, team buildings, and strategic sessions.
• Manage the full event cycle from concept and venue selection to on-site execution and logistics.
• Own the annual budget, including planning, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and maintain a preferred supplier network across regions.
• Build a metrics framework from scratch and deliver structured post-event impact reports.
• Coordinate with local teams and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent quality across all locations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate event planning and management.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale international events (500+ attendees).
• Experience in event budget management and financial reporting.
• English: Upper-Intermediate+ required.
• Willingness to travel regularly across multiple regions.
• Must be based in Europe.

• Experience in technology or fintech environments.
