What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operational flow by monitoring shared inboxes and coordinating incoming requests.
• Support listings operations by maintaining high-quality client and market data and publishing content to the website.
• Develop and update presentations, event-specific content, and visuals.
• Drive initiatives and projects such as CRM automation to improve internal processes.
• Coordinate listing-related activities and content in collaboration with the Marketing team.

Requirements

• Currently studying for a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (expected graduation 2027–2029).
• Strong communication skills in both English and Swedish (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in M365 Suite, with a heavy focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden; ability to work at least two days per week.
• Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to managing complex information.

Nice to have

• Prior experience and demonstrated results in sales.
• Interest or experience in data analysis, process improvements, and automation.
• Experience in developing high-quality presentation materials.
