What you will do

• Analyze quality metrics and trends to provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve product/process defects using RCCA, countermeasure sheets, and 5-Whys.
• Interact with operators to confirm quality requirements and facilitate MSA for measurement accuracy.
• Perform containment activities, internal process audits, and manage CARs and work packages.
• Respond to PFMEA activities, review technical documents, and apply GD&T skills.
• Detect counterfeit parts, support BOE development, and drive ROI-focused quality initiatives.

Requirements

• US Citizen required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field (or 10+ years relevant experience).
• Minimum 5 years in quality engineering, preferably in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing.
