What you will do

• Plan and execute quality processes to meet or exceed contractual requirements for complex hardware.
• Represent the company during Customer and Government (DCMA) inspections and audits.
• Conduct QE studies and recommend design changes to improve production.
• Perform failure analysis, root cause and corrective action (RCCA), and risk mitigation.
• Develop quality plans for receiving inspection, manufacturing operations, and final inspection.
• Review and prepare End Item Data packs for customer shipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering/STEM with 3 years experience (2 in QE), or equivalent combination of degree and experience.
• Proficiency with statistical, spreadsheet, and database software.
• Ability to obtain a US security clearance.
• Position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
• Must be able to work onsite in East Aurora, NY (Buffalo area).
