Requirements

• Department of Defense Secret security clearance preferred at time of hire
• Experience with schematic capture
• Extensive experience designing multi-layer PCBs with controlled impedance layers and blind micro-vias
• Ability to analyze and test for signal integrity, crosstalk, etc.
• Familiarity with microprocessors, microcontrollers, FPGAs, and SoCs
• Demonstrated initiative, independent judgment, and ability to lead/mentor engineers
• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field + 8+ years experience, or Master's + 6 years

Nice to have

• Experience with Mentor design tools
• High reliability or space experience
• Experience with worst case analysis and stress analysis
