What you will do

• Develop and update top-down IPS for financial controls and progress tracking.
• Build IPS merging inputs from System Integrator, vendors, and business customers.
• Map and manage interdependencies across deployment waves aligned with Lean principles.
• Conduct weekly critical path and variance analysis with get-well plans.
• Identify schedule risks, escalate to leadership with corrective actions.
• Collaborate across organizational levels with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6 years experience creating/managing schedules, Gantt charts, dependencies.
• Expert MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel; fully networked schedules with predecessors/successors.
• Outstanding reporting, graphical presentation, pivot tables.
• Strong communication/presentation skills; self-motivated, team/independent work.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.

Nice to have

• Project scheduling in Agile environment.
• Familiarity with Agility or JIRA.
• Scheduling for large-scale ERP implementation.
• Experience working with VA.
