What you will do

• Maintain an active and approved Missouri Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing.
• Serve as the designated manager for the Missouri branch office per state requirements.
• Act as primary contact for the Missouri Division of Finance during examinations and regulatory engagements.
• Provide occasional on-site presence for administrative tasks or state examinations.
• Ensure branch operations comply with Missouri-specific regulatory requirements.
• Represent the company professionally with state regulators and examiners.

Requirements

• Active, approved Missouri Mortgage Loan Originator license required.
• Must be sponsored exclusively by hirify.global in Missouri (no dual sponsorship).
• Must reside within one-hour commute of Kansas City or St. Louis metro area branch.
• Available for occasional branch visits for regulatory or administrative needs.
• Part-time commitment with narrow, low-volume responsibilities; no customer interaction, loan processing, or sales.
