Salary: Target Pay Range $26.35 - $32.12 hourly

What you will do

• Guide members through mortgage solutions and home refinancing via phone and digital channels.
• Manage complete loan applications, gather documentation, and communicate disclosures and fees.
• Pre-qualify members and align them with the most beneficial mortgage products.
• Act as the primary point of contact for members and real estate agents from application to closing.
• Collaborate with Mortgage Fulfillment, Support, and Servicing teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain expertise in lending guidelines, underwriting processes, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of lending sales, processing, or underwriting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of overall sales experience.
• Compliance with SAFE Act legislation and registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have

• College degree.
• Experience with conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo mortgage products.
• Ability to perform complex income analysis, including corporate and partnership tax returns.
• Background in financial services or financial institutions.
