What you will do

  • Develop and drive new credit policies for the Philippines market to uncover novel growth insights.
  • Collaborate with the Data Science team to influence and implement models that drive business outcomes.
  • Establish frameworks, infrastructure, and controls for high-quality credit program management.
  • Partner with the leadership team to design growth plans and manage financial outcomes.
  • Coordinate with international credit and data science teams to implement transferable strategies.
  • Hire and lead a talented team of analysts to support business expansion.

Requirements

  • Must be located in an APAC time zone.
  • 6+ years of experience in data analytics and credit risk management, ideally in regions similar to the Philippines.
  • Proven track record of building a credit product or business line within an early-stage startup.
  • Experience leading and managing a team of analysts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex data to an executive audience.
  • Willingness to travel 4-6 times per year.
