Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Fort Worth, Texas. This is a hybrid role requiring part-time on-site presence.

What you will do

• Manage technical implementation and ensure consistency across engineering disciplines.
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for complex systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and iterate technical requirements and user stories.
• Provide technical direction and clarification within the DevSecOps team.
• Support hardware/software troubleshooting and integration checkout plans.
• Lead or support engineering proposal efforts as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Systems, or related engineering field.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Experience developing system requirements, interfaces, and architectures.
• Proficiency in systems integration and MBSE tools/techniques.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional on-site presence.

Nice to have

• Experience with MBSE tools like CAMEO.
• Proficiency in CATIA v5 and PDM systems.
• Experience working with JPO or USAF customers.
• Background in proposal writing and BOE creation.
• Experience with Atlassian JIRA.
