What you will do

• Execute daily deliverables for investor registration, dealing, reporting, and cash management following company policies.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Handle high-quality responses to queries from clients, investors, and fund managers.
• Collaborate with team members in regular check-ins to share ideas and maintain a positive team culture.
• Assist management with department initiatives, special projects, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Promote core company values of trust, empowerment, and passion for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant experience in financial services, fund administration, asset management, or banking.
• Knowledge of Investor Services processes and related functionalities.
• Existing client or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in Singapore
