Salary: $64 - $79 per hour (W2)

What you will do

• Develop test hardware, software, and firmware from requirements definition through deployment.
• Lead small engineering teams, overseeing technical execution, project costs, and schedules.
• Identify test readiness issues and optimizations throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers and suppliers on test adapter design.
• Support manufacturing operations via on-site troubleshooting and debugging.
• Prepare and present technical work products at project status meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM (Electrical Engineering preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• US Citizenship and Active Secret Security Clearance issued by the DOD required prior to start.
• Experience in electrical engineering design and software automation concepts.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance if required.

Nice to have

• Experience with National Instruments' TestStand, LabWindows/CVI, and/or LabVIEW.
• Experience with Digital, Analog, RF, and/or Power Supply test hardware.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira/Confluence, and EVMS.
• Experience with commercial test and measurement equipment (Oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers).
