What you will do

• Design test systems and architectures for qualification, production, and service testing at PCB, sub-assembly, and system levels.
• Develop high-coverage tests for analog/digital circuits, custom components, and complete systems using techniques like AOI, X-ray, ICT, Boundary Scan, Functional, and ESS.
• Design and procure reliable, cost-effective test fixtures with mistake-proofing.
• Perform qualification of test equipment and cross-functional DFT reviews.
• Coordinate test station setups, training, and documentation across production facilities.
• Lead projects, mentor juniors, and communicate technical information to diverse audiences.

Requirements

• Location: Pittsburgh, PA required
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in Test Engineering.
• Experience creating Test Hardware and Software architectures.
• LabView programming for controlling test instrumentation.
• Experience with test equipment/instrumentation hardware and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical device manufacturing.
• Advanced LabView, C++, Python, or other programming languages.
• PCB CAD design (Altium), 2D/3D modeling (SolidWorks), Boundary Scan (JTAG), ESS testing.
• Linux OS experience.
