Salary: $157,400–$236,000 USD ($173,100–$259,700 USD in Seattle)

What you will do

• Develop agentic AI systems with multi-step workflows, tool use, and LLM orchestration using frameworks like LangChain.
• Build and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions in Python and Azure services (Azure OpenAI, AI Search).
• Integrate AI into enterprise apps via APIs, microservices, and Azure architecture.
• Contribute to solution design, code reviews, CI/CD, monitoring, and optimization for performance and cost.
• Handle data preparation, prompt engineering, evaluation, and reusable AI components.
• Stay current with AI tech and collaborate cross-functionally on high-impact initiatives.

Requirements

• Must have unrestricted US work authorization; no sponsorship (H-1B, OPT, etc.)
• Bachelor’s or equivalent + 5+ years relevant experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong Python; hands-on with LLMs, agentic systems, RAG, embeddings, LangChain/LlamaIndex.
• 3+ years cloud (Azure preferred); production ML/LLM deployment and monitoring.
• AI ethics, data privacy/security; agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Analytical skills, communication; ability to travel and on-call.

Nice to have

• Experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex.
• Graph technologies, knowledge graphs.
