What you will do

• Design and execute advanced AI/ML models including fine-tuned LLMs and RAG architectures for internal tooling and client-facing products.
• Lead experimentation efforts: define hypotheses, design tests, analyze results, and communicate findings.
• Serve as technical SME for GenAI/LLM tools from architecture to optimization and deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize models using CI/CD pipelines and MLOps/LLMOps practices.
• Apply emerging AI methods like agentic workflows and multimodal embeddings in real-world applications.
• Promote AI adoption by educating cross-functional partners and improving workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years in data science, ML engineering, or related roles
• Proven experience deploying ML models to production, ideally LLMs or GenAI systems
• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
• Proficiency with modern ML frameworks and GenAI stacks (LangChain/LlamaIndex, HuggingFace Transformers, OpenAI APIs)
• Experience building and fine-tuning models with domain-specific datasets like survey or behavioral data
• Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, agentic workflows (ReAct, AutoGPT), and MLOps practices

• Experience with consumer data in media, entertainment, or marketing research contexts
