What you will do

• Design and implement Supervisor Agent logic and goal-driven specifications.
• Develop and refine system prompts for specialized agents focused on completion and depth calculation.
• Lead the RAG strategy, defining indexing patterns, chunking, and hybrid search in Azure AI Search.
• Optimize model performance in Azure AI Foundry, ensuring accuracy and explainability of engineering outputs.
• Conduct experimentation and testing to mitigate hallucinations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee AI Observability, including tracing, evaluation, and cost management.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of GPT-4/Turbo/o1 models and their limitations.
• Proven experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Solid experience with Vector Databases and semantic search, specifically Azure AI Search.
• Advanced skills in designing complex, multi-step prompt chains and system instructions.
• Mastery of Python focused on Data Science and AI.
• Must be located in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, including Prompt Flow and Content Safety.
• Experience with specialized data extraction from complex technical documents (Word/PDF).
• Academic background in Engineering, Math, or Data Science.
• Understanding of Fine-tuning vs. RAG trade-offs.
• Familiarity with Human-in-the-loop design patterns for AI validation.
