Salary: $100,000–$130,000 Annually

What you will do

• Guide and train employees on lean mindset using Shingo Model.
• Facilitate cross-functional improvement projects from concept to implementation.
• Conduct process mapping, time studies, and value stream analysis to identify inefficiencies.
• Drive lean initiatives including trainings, Kaizen events, Gemba walks, and 5S implementation.
• Collaborate with production teams on leader standard work and root cause analysis.
• Develop KPIs, visual management tools, and document improvements for continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s (B.S.) in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing or process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred).
• Experience with Kaizen events, 5S, root cause analysis, and statistical tools.
• Proficiency in process mapping, Excel, Minitab, change and project management.
• Experience in FDA-regulated environments highly desirable.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
