What you will do

• Develop and maintain production plans based on customer demand, forecasts, and material readiness.
• Collaborate with Production, Fabrication, and Engineering teams to ensure plan feasibility and resource alignment.
• Analyze labor, equipment, and material capacity to identify constraints and support planning decisions.
• Utilize ERP systems (INFOR preferred) to analyze demand and support manufacturing execution.
• Contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives such as Kanban systems and visual management.
• Act as a key planning liaison between production, materials, supply chain, engineering, and customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in production or manufacturing planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (INFOR preferred).
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and capacity planning concepts.
