What you will do

• Increase demand transparency and improve forecast accuracy for the North American market.
• Plan and manage production orders for 3rd party manufacturers, optimizing for cost and throughput times.
• Monitor medium-term demand changes and identify trends for raw materials and finished products.
• Coordinate daily production planning in alignment with customer specifications and production capacities.
• Standardize and optimize internal processes, organizational structures, and IT documentation.
• Analyze production statistics, consumption, and schedules to improve system performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a completed commercial apprenticeship.
• 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in supply chain or production environment consulting.
• Excellent proficiency with SAP R/3.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Must be based in or able to work from Cartersville, US.
