TL;DR
Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud): Design, build, and support solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud and Order Management using Apex, Lightning, and Flows with an accent on AI Agentforce chatbot enhancements and Data Cloud personalization. Focus on improving chatbot accuracy for transactional workflows, configuring prompts and actions, API integrations, and DevOps deployments.
Location: Hybrid in Bedford, MA 01730 - Must be local to Bedford area! Will not consider applicants outside of MA. US Citizenship REQUIRED
$51.34/hr W2 (no health benefits while on contract, an hour worked is an hour paid)

What you will do
- Design, build, and support solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud and OMS using Apex, Lightning, and Flows
- Deliver enhancements across the full development lifecycle and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Build and maintain API integrations using Apex and REST services
- Enhance Agentforce chatbot to support transactional workflows, improve accuracy with Salesforce Knowledge, product data, and business rules
- Configure prompts, intents, actions, and fallback logic for chatbots
- Use Salesforce Data Cloud for personalization, AI grounding, identity resolution, and data mapping
- Support testing, UAT, deployments, production releases, and Git-based DevOps practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Recent hands-on experience with Agentforce, OMS, and Service Cloud
- BA/BS degree in a technical field
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II)
- Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, REST APIs, and integrations
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Git, and Salesforce deployments
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Experience with AI, chatbots, or conversational automation
- Experience supporting global or multilingual Salesforce implementations
- Background in customer service, warranty, or technical support systems
