Salary: $75,000 - $87,000 USD

What you will do
- Support RFP/RFI responses for new and renewal PBM opportunities with low to moderate complexity.
- Create and refine SOPs for RFP development and submission in collaboration with proposal managers.
- Maintain consultant templates, RFP response database, and library content using tools like Qvidian.
- Assist in creating RFP content, cataloging samples, and updating SME lists.
- Contribute ideas for improving proposal and underwriting processes.
- Demonstrate mastery of products, services, and financial model within 9-12 months.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with strong performance in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications
- 1+ years in proposal writing, project management, or benefits consulting
- Attention to detail, flexibility, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and editing software
- Knowledge of healthcare trends; exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Work 40 hours per week; comply with time, attendance, and code of conduct policies
Nice to have
- Experience with RFP library software (Qvidian, Loopio, etc.)
- Passion for learning pharmacy benefits intricacies
