Location: Remote (For Non-Local) or Hybrid (Local to NYC, Denver, or Charlotte)

Salary: $75,000 - $87,000 USD

What you will do

• Support RFP/RFI responses for new and renewal PBM opportunities with low to moderate complexity.
• Create and refine SOPs for RFP development and submission in collaboration with proposal managers.
• Maintain consultant templates, RFP response database, and library content using tools like Qvidian.
• Assist in creating RFP content, cataloging samples, and updating SME lists.
• Contribute ideas for improving proposal and underwriting processes.
• Demonstrate mastery of products, services, and financial model within 9-12 months.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with strong performance in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications
• 1+ years in proposal writing, project management, or benefits consulting
• Attention to detail, flexibility, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and editing software
• Knowledge of healthcare trends; exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Work 40 hours per week; comply with time, attendance, and code of conduct policies

Nice to have

• Experience with RFP library software (Qvidian, Loopio, etc.)
• Passion for learning pharmacy benefits intricacies
