TL;DR
CRM Specialist (Ecommerce): Developing and optimizing a global, data-driven CRM strategy to drive customer engagement, retention, and conversion across multiple digital channels with an accent on multi-channel communication and user lifecycle management. Focus on designing automated activation flows, reactivating dormant users, and optimizing conversion rates for bidders and submitters.
Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam, Paris, or Lisbon). Minimum of two days per week in the office required.

What you will do
- Lead the operational execution of global CRM programs ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design, test, and optimize customer journeys to drive activation, retention, and revenue growth.
- Proactively identify innovation opportunities and implement analytical rigor into CRM processes.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Brand, and Country Managers to design impactful initiatives.
- Contribute to functional expertise by sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of experimentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of CRM experience, ideally within an eCommerce or digital marketplace environment.
- Strong expertise in CRM channels including email, app push, in-app messages, and web banners.
- Strong analytical acumen to uncover insights, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- English CV and Cover Letter are required for application.
