Location: Brussels, Brussels-Capital, Belgium (field work in key cities in The Netherlands and Belgium; office is the streets)

What you will do
- Launch Anchor Mission: Map and enlist respected existing customers as anchors to host events attracting prospects and influencers.
- Build local networks: Forge relationships with prospects, influencers, trade associations, and key stakeholders.
- Organize scrappy events: Ideate, run, and measure impact of local gatherings like breakfasts, lunches, and networking at customer sites.
- Produce field content: Capture raw customer stories on-site for social media videos and sales case studies.
- Support sales: Provide fresh local data and stories for field sales materials.
- Collaborate internally: Partner with marketing, sales, account, product, social, and partnership teams.
Requirements
- Hospitality DNA: Experience and contacts in hospitality world
- Scrappy content creator: Film, edit, write using Canva, iMovie, Google Suite, and AI tools.
- Boots-on-the-ground: Love being out in assigned cities connecting with audience
- Strategic self-starter: Identify and act on opportunities independently.
- Sales-minded: Understand sales cycle and track offline impact on online growth.
- Event experience: Strong background in running events, ideally hospitality.
Nice to have
- CRM experience: Salesforce, Looker, Hootsuite for campaign tracking.
- UTM and QR code expertise for tracking links and events.
