Compensation: C$ 39.00 - 43.00 per hour

What you will do

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to meet organizational requirements.
• Ensure strict compliance with the Employment Standards Act (British Columbia) and other federal/provincial legislation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
• Manage HRIS data, employee records, and coordinate performance appraisal programs.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and facilitate the onboarding process.
• Conduct orientation sessions to integrate new hires into the company culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of progressive experience managing employee relations cases within an HR function.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG Pro.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Surrey, British Columbia.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Professional fluency in Korean within a business environment.
• Experience supporting HR functions within a large-scale manufacturing environment (1,000+ employees).
