Compensation: C$ 30.00 - 36.00 per hour

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR, time, and attendance policies.
• Conduct new employee orientations and HR compliance trainings.
• Manage employee records and enter new hire data into payroll and benefits systems.
• Handle administrative tasks related to staffing changes, including resignations, terminations, and leaves of absence.
• Assist with employee benefits administration and company functions.
• Support recruitment efforts and payroll processing as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in an HR discipline (Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, or Talent Acquisition).
• Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG Pro).
• Ability to handle confidential information with high discretion and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's level degree specifically in Human Resources related studies.
