What you will do

• Converse with AI models in both English and French on real-world HR scenarios and theoretical questions.
• Verify the factual accuracy and logical soundness of model-generated responses.
• Challenge advanced models on labor codes, workplace investigations, onboarding workflows, and DEI initiatives.
• Capture and document reproducible error traces to harden model reasoning.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as SHRM or CIPD.
• Experience with HR operations in international or bilingual environments.
• Ability to provide clear, metacognitive communication by showing the reasoning process.
