What you will do

• Lead day-to-day finance operations, including month-end close, management accounts, and cashflow forecasting.
• Strengthen financial controls, processes, and reporting frameworks tailored for a growing SME.
• Produce clear and insightful financial reporting for senior leadership and shareholders.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles, including scenario modelling and variance analysis.
• Oversee external relationships with auditors, accountants, and other advisors.
• Provide leadership to a small finance team and shape its future structure.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller within an SME environment.
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or equivalent.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with the ability to own the full finance cycle.
• Excellent communication skills for working with non-finance stakeholders.
