What you will do

• Prepare monthly management accounts, post journals, and analyse variances to budget.
• Deliver comprehensive financial reporting to senior stakeholders and finance leadership.
• Lead budgeting and reforecast cycles in collaboration with various business areas.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany reviews to ensure accuracy.
• Produce year-end reporting packs, audit schedules, and support external auditors.
• Handle ad-hoc reporting requests, VAT-related work, and additional finance projects.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong management accounting capability and high attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to communicate financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Process improvement mindset and confidence to challenge existing workflows.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Yorkshire, UK.
