Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience using ticketing systems, ideally ServiceNow.
• Good understanding of finance processes, specifically billing and payments.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
• Numerate with strong problem-solving skills.
