TL;DR

Billing & Accounts Receivable Analyst (Finance): Handling accounts receivable processes from contract review and invoicing to collections and client communications with an accent on revenue compliance and billing accuracy. Focus on resolving past-due invoices, supporting sales teams, and ensuring clean master data in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Onsite 5 days a week in London, England, United Kingdom. Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

What you will do

  • Review contracts for revenue and billing compliance, create invoice and revenue schedules.
  • Collaborate with sales on billing inquiries, customer set-up, updates, and changes.
  • Respond to customer and employee inquiries on billing and collections, communicate remittance info.
  • Contact clients to resolve past-due invoices, submit to AP portals, compile docs for collections.
  • Maintain billing notes and master data, assist with month-end closing duties.
  • Support company initiatives and role model values.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Accounts Receivable role.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom without visa sponsorship.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent written/verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), quick learner for new systems.
  • Accounting degree preferred; knowledge of Revenue 606, Salesforce, Oracle preferred.
