What you will do

• Shape product roadmap and priorities directly with the CTO
• Create and refine user stories with acceptance criteria and technical awareness
• Manage backlog, translate business needs into developer tasks
• Coordinate with development, QA, and design for smooth execution
• Track risks, dependencies, and progress across teams and releases
• Organize sprint planning, retrospectives, and ensure documentation clarity

Requirements

• Location: Cyprus (relocation can be arranged)
• Proven experience as Product Owner or Technical Project Manager
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint workflows
• Technical curiosity or experience in Laravel/PHP environments
• Ability to translate technical discussions into business context
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Comfortable using Figma for design reviews and feasibility checks
• Proactive mindset for initiative in planning and follow-up

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, CRMs, or marketing platforms
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Understanding of backend/frontend, APIs, databases
• Familiarity with QA processes and automated testing
