What you will do

• Own product UX and experience strategy across all hirify.global products
• Build design as a system with principles, standards, rituals, and scalable practices
• Establish customer insight and feedback loops to drive UX and product improvements
• Integrate UX into sales demos, custom solutions, and merchant-facing initiatives
• Lead experience-driven rollouts of new features for better discovery and adoption
• Collaborate with Product Managers to embed UX in discovery, prioritization, and decisions

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product UX, Product Design Leadership, or Product Experience roles
• Strong product mindset with deep customer obsession
• Experience working closely with Product Managers on discovery and prioritization
• Ability to translate complex customer workflows into clear, usable experiences
• Experience building or scaling design systems, UX standards, and processes
• Confidence operating in ambiguity while shaping a scaling function

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or complex B2B products
• Experience with sales-led or demo-driven products
• Strong understanding of customer onboarding, adoption, and retention flows
