What you will do

• Manage open banking and payment product development, including strategy, roadmap, and prioritization tailored to business and merchant needs.
• Coordinate integrations with banking and payment providers, selecting and configuring partners for various merchants, including high-risk industries.
• Organize interactions between business, partners, and technical teams for stable integration and operations.
• Participate in commercial product direction, supporting sales, merchant conditions, and market adaptations.
• Conduct market analysis and track user/product metrics to identify growth opportunities in the payment ecosystem.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a similar position
• Knowledge of provider principles, connectivity, negotiation, selection, and configuration for merchants, including high-risk industries.
• Ability to customize products for merchants considering industry requirements (fiat-crypto, dashboards, commissions).
• Experience in building go-to-market strategy.
