What you will do

• Own customer feedback loop connecting Sales, Merchant Ops, and Integration insights into product discovery and planning
• Translate sales demos and merchant interactions into actionable product intelligence
• Build scalable processes for product involvement in custom solutions, demos, and merchant initiatives
• Manage feature rollout to existing customers, including timing, communication, and iteration
• Lead and develop Tech Writing & Product Design teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Product UX, or Product Design Operations
• Experience working closely with product designers, UX, and product managers
• Strong product mindset, customer obsession, and track record scaling product processes
• Hands-on people leadership experience
• Fluency with planning, discovery, delivery, prioritisation, capacity planning, and metrics
• Strong command of Jira, Confluence/Notion, Figma, and analytics platforms

• Experience in fintech/payments, B2B, and marketing acquisition
