What you will do

• Hire, develop, and lead a team of 5+ consultants focused on customer outcomes and delivery excellence
• Drive performance against key metrics like utilization, realization, backlog, revenue, margins, and CSAT
• Oversee scoping, estimating, staffing, and delivery of fixed-fee and T&M engagements
• Serve as escalation point for AEC implementations, resolving challenges and maintaining customer relationships
• Improve delivery processes to reduce time-to-value and increase efficiency
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success for seamless implementations and adoption

Requirements

• 5+ years leading B2B software consulting/professional services teams
• 3+ years managing and developing consulting or delivery teams
• Strong understanding of PS metrics: utilization, realization, margins, backlog, time-to-value
• Experience with software implementations in fast-paced SaaS environments
• Experience with fixed-fee and T&M models, resource planning, and capacity management
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent

Nice to have

• Experience supporting AEC firms or project-based industries
• Background in Finance & Accounting systems, CRM, or project-based ERP
• Experience scaling consulting teams in growing SaaS organizations
