TL;DR

Software Engineer (AI): Building and maintaining end-to-end ML pipelines and AI-powered products for the Mosaic One SaaS platform with an accent on MLOps, data ingestion, and system scalability. Focus on optimizing feature engineering, managing model retraining, and ensuring reliability in cloud and on-prem environments.

Location: Hybrid (Gdynia, Poland) — presence in the office 3 days a week required

What you will do

  • Design and develop core components of the Mosaic One SaaS platform.
  • Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines including data ingestion, preprocessing, training, and inference.
  • Deploy and monitor ML models in production using MLOps best practices.
  • Optimize data pipelines for feature engineering and model retraining.
  • Collaborate with product managers and architects to translate requirements into technical AI solutions.
  • Support CI/CD processes, conduct code reviews, and optimize cloud resource usage.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in software engineering, ETL pipelines, or cloud-based ML systems.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and Bash, specifically for automation and PySpark algorithms.
  • Professional experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub) and testing frameworks like PyTest.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.

Nice to have

  • Experience with the Python ecosystem (Pydantic, uv, Boto3).
  • Knowledge of AWS serverless architecture (API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Familiarity with networking concepts such as Ethernet and Passive Optical Networks.
