What you will do

• Build high-performing, scalable LLM/AI applications in cloud.
• Analyze requirements, build architecture, lead implementation of GenAI/ML models into production as Tech Lead.
• Design, deliver, and manage industrialized processing pipelines.
• Define and implement best practices in GenAI/ML lifecycle and MLOps/LLMOps.
• Implement AI/MLOps/LLMOps frameworks and support Data Science teams.
• Gather requirements, estimate work, present solutions to clients, create documentation.

Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• 8+ years production-ready Python (microservices, APIs).
• 8+ years production-ready ML code.
• 2+ years production-ready LLM code, preferably RAG.
• 3+ years Cloud Architecture.
• Experience with GenAI models APIs, LLM orchestrators (Langchain), evaluators, guardrails, LLMOps.
• MLOps/LLMOps tools (AzureML/AzureAI, GCP VertexAI).
• Cloud concepts (Azure/GCP), ML/AI concepts, UML.
• Good communication, teamwork, responsibility, problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Designing ML algorithms, data pipelines in Python.
• CI/CD, DevOps (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Productizing ML with Spark/Databricks, Docker/Kubernetes.
• BPMN, Archimate.
