What you will do

• Build scalable, enterprise-grade ML/AI applications within the Azure cloud environment.
• Productionize Machine Learning models in close collaboration with Data Science and Engineering teams.
• Design, deliver, and manage industrialized data processing pipelines.
• Implement AI/MLOps frameworks and establish best practices for the ML model lifecycle.
• Act as a Technical Leader on ML projects, defining tasks, guidelines, and evaluating results.
• Mentor and support junior engineers to foster professional growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland.
• At least 4 years of experience in production-ready code development.
• Strong proficiency in Python for developing ML algorithms and data processing pipelines.
• Practical experience implementing ML solutions using Azure ML and/or Databricks.
• Deep understanding of ML/AI concepts, including algorithms, frameworks, and efficiency metrics.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with PySpark, Scala, R, or Java.
• Experience with orchestration tools like AirFlow, ADF, or Kubeflow.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps concepts, specifically GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
