What you will do

• Build and expand the customer-facing AI Functions product portfolio.
• Design and implement highly scalable distributed platforms within the global hirify.global platform.
• Participate in technical and business decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives.
• Ensure operational readiness, reliability, availability, and performance of AI services.

Requirements

• 14+ years industry experience designing, building, and supporting large-scale production systems
• Passion for AI/ML and NLP
• Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, distributed systems
• Fluency in Python or Java (C, C++, Go a plus)
• Experience with cross-team collaboration and product managers
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field
