What you will do

• Build scalable enterprise-grade ML/AI applications within the cloud environment.
• Implement ML models into production in collaboration with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Cloud teams.
• Design and manage industrialized processing pipelines and implement AI/ML automation for efficiency.
• Define and implement MLOps frameworks and best practices for the ML model life cycle.
• Serve as Technical Leader on ML projects, defining tasks, guidelines, and evaluating results.
• Create technical documentation and provide mentorship and growth support for junior engineers.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of ML/AI concepts, algorithms, frameworks, and AI architectures.
• Working knowledge of cloud services and architectures, preferably GCP.
• Proficiency in Python for developing ML algorithms and data processing pipelines.
• At least 4 years of experience in production-ready code development.
• Practical experience implementing ML solutions on GCP Vertex.AI and/or Databricks.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with PySpark, Scala, R, or Java.
• Practical experience with tools like AirFlow, ADF, or Kubeflow.
• Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps concepts, specifically GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
