Junior Project Coordinator (Online Learning & Programs): Assist in planning and executing virtual learning programs for software professionals with an accent on customer service, logistics, and operational support. Focus on maintaining digital environments, coordinating trainers and participants, tracking deadlines and data, and providing ad-hoc team assistance.
Location: Must reside in Argentina or Brazil. Full-time remote position with core hours overlap (9 AM - 1 PM EST). Able and willing to travel to USA or Europe 1-3 times per year (4-8 days each) for conferences and meetings.

What you will do
- Act as first point of contact for learners: distribute onboarding materials, answer inquiries, ensure smooth experience.
- Manage logistics: administer Zoom rooms, organize Google Drive, coordinate Slack communications.
- Support editorial pipeline: collect participant bios, track deadlines for Capstone projects, share with editorial team.
- Coordinate trainers: organize session materials, prepare launches.
- Handle data entry and tracking: update databases, track attendance, distribute surveys, compile reports.
- Provide ad-hoc support: research tasks, track costs, coordinate with Finance and Marketing.
Requirements
- Excellent English proficiency (written & spoken) for global audience
- Customer-first mindset: helpful, patient, supportive
- Attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills
- Comfort with Google Workspace, Slack; curiosity for new tools (CRM, Figma, basic HTML a plus)
- Recent degree or 1-2 years in administrative/customer-facing role
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Quiet home office, high-speed internet, modern computer

- Experience with CRMs, Figma, or basic HTML
