What you will do

• Manage project profitability and ensure high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
• Translate interactive strategy and brand requirements into actionable concepts.
• Nurture client relationships and proactively investigate client needs.
• Develop accurate, detailed project plans and coordinate client meetings and reports.
• Initiate brainstorm sessions and participate in the development of new ideas and programs.
• Explain technical specifications and issues to non-technical users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in interactive projects and campaign management.
• Experience leading client teams, including programmers and other project managers.
• Basic knowledge of web front-end (usability, look & feel) and back-end (programming, hosting) practices.
• Proficiency with project management applications such as Microsoft Project or BaseCamp.
• Knowledge of email and database marketing, including regulations and copywriting principles.
