What you will do

• Lead the administration and fine-tuning of Revenue Management Systems (Air RM & PROS), managing demand forecasting and optimizer settings.
• Oversee the technical transition and maintenance of Origin & Destination (O&D) controls and Bid Price logic.
• Design and enforce the "RM Playbook" to standardize analyst interactions with the system.
• Drive automation of repetitive tasks using SQL, Python, or RPA to transition the team toward strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain RM "Health Check" dashboards in Power BI to monitor Forecast Accuracy (MAPE) and Yield Opportunity Loss.
• Collaborate with the Pricing team to ensure fare structures in ATPCO are correctly interpreted by RMS inventory logic.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a highly quantitative field (Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or Mathematics).
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Management, with at least 2-3 years in a System Specialist or RM Development role.
• Expert proficiency in SQL (BigQuery, Snowflake, or SQL Server) for complex data extraction.
• Mastery of Power BI for building automated commercial cockpits.
• Proficiency in Python or R for predictive modeling and process automation.
• Fluent English and Spanish language proficiency.
