What you will do

• Create and oversee the overall show asset and shot schedule across all disciplines and external vendors.
• Collaborate with VFX Producers and CG Talent Managers to manage day-to-day crew needs and resource allocation.
• Act as the primary liaison between the client-side production team and internal ILM production teams.
• Direct, mentor, and supervise Associate Production Managers, Coordinators, and Production Assistants.
• Identify outsourcing needs, prepare bidding packages, and manage vendor relations and cost reporting.
• Partner with VFX and CG Supervisors to facilitate the setup of project pipelines and toolsets.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of work experience in Feature Animation production environments.
• Proven management experience across multiple Feature Animation projects.
• Strong working knowledge of Feature Animation and Visual Effects techniques and terminology.
• Proficiency in Shotgrid, Microsoft Word, and Excel on Mac/PC platforms.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under strict deadlines and work overtime as needed.
• Must be based in Vancouver, Canada for hybrid office attendance.
