What you will do

• Lead the development and implementation of insight-driven brand strategies for the AIR and CARE portfolio across priority IMDD markets.
• Translate global brand strategies into locally actionable plans tailored to distributor markets.
• Identify growth opportunities and barriers in Tier 1 markets while addressing competitive challenges.
• Oversee market research projects, insight studies, and HCP perception analysis.
• Collaborate on launch readiness, post-launch monitoring, and brand performance optimization.
• Provide strategic guidance and brand training to Partners and Business Units.

Requirements

• Scientific background.
• 7-10 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience.
• Strong track record in brand management or strategic marketing within the pharma or life science industry.
• Experience with launch planning and lifecycle management in a matrix environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into action.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in Asthma and COPD therapeutic areas.
