What you will do

• Lead and mentor a small team of specialists, ensuring collaboration and professional development.
• Develop and implement Paid Search and Paid Social strategies for clients.
• Manage media investments on Amazon Search, optimizing for ROI.
• Oversee campaign execution on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Amazon Marketing Services.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations using data analysis.
• Collaborate with internal departments to integrate strategies with broader media efforts.
• Monitor performance and deliver regular updates with actionable insights.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years in Paid Search and Paid Social campaign management, strong focus on Amazon Search
• Proven track record managing large-scale budgets and high-profile clients
• Leadership experience guiding and developing a small team
• Expertise in Amazon Marketing Services (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP)
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Search Ads 360, Google Analytics
• Strong analytical and strategic skills to turn data into insights
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with fluency in business English
