Salary £55,000 - £65,000 per annum + bonus + package

What you will do

• Line manage financial accounts or management accounts teams
• Formulate strategic and long-term business plans
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reports
• Develop financial management mechanisms to minimise risk
• Take active approach to automation of financial processes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legislation
• Engage with auditors for annual monitoring

Requirements

• Professional qualification such as ACA, CIMA, ACCA
• Proficient understanding of finance management principles
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent leadership abilities
• Experience in strategic planning and risk management
• Strong knowledge of financial software and Excel

Nice to have

• Experience or knowledge of SOX
• Keen interest in automation policies/ideas
